is there no win-win? then why is all the books teaching us win-win?
perfectionist. win-win is achieved only when you sacrificed something that you consider 'irrelevant' or so 'minor', so little that it won't bothers.But in a lot of times it takes more than that, and most ppl chose to be selfish to achieve a win-win situation while sacrificing other ppl.
